The beliefs we hold within the everyday workings of our brain, we accept. We may believe our mind is separate, functioning as an independent unit. The mind seeps out exponentially from the physical brain connecting to and becoming part of our shared experience. This unification with thoughts and energy outside our body expands the definition we ascribe to ourselves.
Dove Emerging Out of Shadow
Your thoughts are not your thoughts. The mind connects to a mass consciousness steeped in worry and also lived joy. The states with which your mind resonates determine your thoughts. As you evolve, the more your mind attracts and experiences higher levels of enjoyment, insight and centeredness. The dove in any shadow can release and emerge.

You may believe the illusion of yourself, which you were taught and told, then accepted. You possess and vibrate a unique frequency that melds with the energy of everything. You are not your body, but boundless waves of energy emitting out. The belief in the boundary of your body contains your energy creating a denser experience.
